Just wondering about the idea of having sex with a woman who's very muscular. This includes the big class body builders and just the generally cut and toned.

I never found myself attracted to the large bodybuilding type, but there was one woman I saw the other day who wasn't huge but definitely built and I tried to think of what it might be like to bed a woman like that.

Has anyone had any experience here? Or just more thought on the matter in general?

I love women with think cheerleading legs and a muscular frame, but not the ones with lower than say... 8% bodyfat. I like girls to be between 8-12% bodyfat.

never have, but I think its usually sexy...even under 8% percent BF; however, I do like a women with breasts so implants are optimal with a BF under 12%.

I usually don't dig most female BB....usually...but there are some who are sexy IMO.

I think fit women (including the picture of the women below) are hot....at least there bodies.

Do you know that women's bodyfat %'s appear different than men? This is due to the VAT around the organs. Most figure women COMPETE around 10%. It's also an unhealthy bodyfat for women to maintain. Very unhealthy. A healthy bodyfat % is 14-15%. This is also where a women looks best.

Actually if you look at what I said when I posted this thread... it really is about sex.

Thanks all of you for your responses... (well most of you). I really do think that as a person as dedicated as I am to my own fitness and the fitness of all those who come to me for help - that increases my attraction to women who are incredibly fit.

I would have to say after looking a few pictures at various sites, that those women as lean and toned as say... her \/

Really attract me, and a lot of it has to do with (at least in my opinion) the lack of body fat and the toning of all her muscles really show the female form 100% The heavily overdeveloped muscles of the BB women I think take away from that.

I only noticed that I could do those tricks myself after training myself into world class fitness condition. Yeah 'cause they're all married to idiots and assholes.

80-90% of all the people that go through the gym on base are only there because they're fulfilling their 3 day per week 1 hour of exercise requirement. They stroll on the exerbike or elliptical at a pathetic pace for 20 minutes then spend the rest of the time going really slow in the locker room and/or resting their fat asses in the sauna.

People see me come in from the outdoor track drenched in sweat and look at me real strange when I hop on the elliptical and punch in 45 minutes on the keypad then proceed to push it around 11-12mph the entire time. It's not that what I'm doing is so damned extrodinary, it's just they can't fathom doing it themselves.
