Hey, I was just wondering, on the high fat, low carb diet, is there any excellent source of fiber to use. I realize that vegetables have fiber but from the nutrition info i have seen it seems like they barely have any. It seems to me as though the majority of the fiber is found in oats and whatnot, but you can't eat that stuff on a low carb diet. Any suggestions???
I also found a brand of soybeans at my grocery store that say they have something like 5g carbs and 5g fiber, so the fiber would negate the carbs, but I have also seen other soybeans that have 12 or more grams carbs versus 5 grams fiber, would it be safe to risk it???
Thanks, everyone.

Yes, although I've never seen soybeans like that. Flax seeds/ground flax are another good source of fibre...all the carbs are fibre.
