Just kidding. Yeah I'd go with fitday, they're the most trusted amongst this crowd for nutritional information across the board. I use it all the time when I plan my meals while I'm not standing at my fridge. Hey if you like chicken as far as the protein content, have you tried wild salmon or halibut fillets? Awesome stuff. Oh and I do recommend you eat Buffalo, all the same ![]() |
