I just brought a bottle of cell teck creatine and i was wondering if i add that to my diet caus it has 310cals 75g carbs id take it u would but what do u guys do

If it goes in, count it.

Its the same with sauces, dressings, even marg on your sandwiches. You might not think its a big deal, but the extra cals may just tip you over from being in a slight calorific deficit to a slight calorific excess.

That makes the difference between losing fat and gaining it.

Good luck!

The National Institute of Health recommends approximately 650mg of omega 3 fish oil daily dose while the American Heart Association recommends 650-1000mg per day.

There is a slight difference there but the Heart Association has done more studies and trials as it benefits the heart probably more than anything. Lastly, the World Health Organization recommends that a mere 300-500mg of omega 3 fish oil daily dose.

As far as a lot of the Creatine wonder products out there... most are full of fillers (sugar) claimed to through your bloodsugar levels out of wack and spike insulin which supposedly helps with the rush of creatine intake. I'd rather buy pure creatine and just mix it with some flavored whey.
