Start off by reading the stickies both in this and the training forum.
And why would you want to weigh 110lbs? Aim for a bodyfat level, probably between 10-12% for a woman is pretty good, rather than a set weight. And unfortunately, no diet and training program is going to be easy to stay on at first. If you have never done anything like this before, ease your way into this with some very basic training and a basic diet. Build yourself a solid foundation that you can then build a healthy lifestyle on. |
Common misconception. Men and women have different bodyfat % levels and that's due the VAT around women's organs for pregnancy/birthing purposes.
