I am a female, 21 years old, 5'3" and right now weigh 156 lbs. I am naturally bigger but am told by MANY people that I do not look like I weigh 156. Most can't believe it and say i hide it well. My whole family is short and stalky. Everyone says that since that is the way I am built there is nothing I can do about it and that I will never have a model thin body. I beg to differ. I need some ideas for an awesome diet and exercise plan that is easy to stay on and lose weight fast. I want to weigh 110 lbs. I also have naturally big calves. There is no fat in them just straight muscle which bothers me. Kinda makes me feel manly. How can I make my legs A LOT slimmer? Every since I could remember my thighs have always touched. I would like to have at least a 1 inch gap there!!

My calves are practically all muscle too. it's like a lump, but it's toned and you can see the defenition really well. they are bigger but sexier. embrace your calves...wear high heels.

Start off by reading the stickies both in this and the training forum.

And why would you want to weigh 110lbs? Aim for a bodyfat level, probably between 15-17% for a woman is pretty good, rather than a set weight.

And unfortunately, no diet and training program is going to be easy to stay on at first. If you have never done anything like this before, ease your way into this with some very basic training and a basic diet. Build yourself a solid foundation that you can then build a healthy lifestyle on.

10-12% bodyfat for a women is unhealthy.

Try 15-17%.

My bad - edited the post. Learn something new every day.

No problem Common misconception. Men and women have different bodyfat % levels and that's due the VAT around women's organs for pregnancy/birthing purposes.

I had a hard time maintaining 15%....cuz I like to eat too much
