Loose and jiggly, why???

Hello,
I deliver soda for a living and I am constantly lifting product and doing cardio at this job all day long. I also eat about 2000 calories a day of about a 40 30 30 ratio. I have lost 30lbs in 3 months. I am at my ideal weight now but.............
For some reason my stomach is still very jiggly and "fatty". I mean I am skinny everywhere except my stomach area has a lot of loose, jiggly fat. The same with my butt. When I jog the fat bounces up and down like my skin is ready to fall off. I am very toned and muscular everywhere else. My upper body is well toned, and same with my legs. For some reason I cannot seem to get rid of the fat in the stomach and butt area.
How do I firm up the stomach and butt area to the point that they don't jiggle anymore? It's really weird. I lost a ton of weight and I can fit into my ideal jeans and I looked toned except those two areas. What should I do? I want to look good for the summer. Anything I can do to speed up the process?
Thanks ;o)

Well considering the fact you lost 30lbs within 3 months, it may be that you have loose skin. In that case, my best bet would be to build muscle under your loose skin.

Yeah, that and it takes time for the loose skin to tighten up after weight loss. I don't really think you can rush it

What's your bf%? A picture would help a lot.

you can actually add fat cells to your body. the ones you currently have don't just get bigger (as is the case with muscle, although hyperplasia has gained some credibility as a possibility), you can actually create new cells that won't go away even when they are depleted. so how fat were you before you lost the weight?
and of course, to get rid of any more fat stores, you will simply have to lose more fat. it may be even harder depending on how obese you were.
