i have never maxed out, although i'm not a powerlifter. never did it for football, either. seemed like an utter waist of time.

tops of quatds are parallel. had surgery on the right one over a year ago its just getting it back to 100% thats taking forever. if i told my coach that i couldnt do them he would tell me quit bein a pussy and lift hes a dick

. he sent us to the weightroom to do the workout while god knows wtf he was doing. (so it was un supervised) while other people were doing bb curls and shit i was doing deads , wg pullups, dips and etc. and guess what, i was the strongest on the team weighing 160lbs

my coach is a dumb ass thats all i know. he wants to move me from RB/FB to WR just because i can jump high. hes already made me his bitch on D switchin me from linebacker to saftey
