Hi All! My friend would like to go on a bulking diet and doesn't know where to start. I know I couldn't provide any assistance seeing I am always cutting. I was hoping someone could give him a hand. He does not have a computer so I told him I would ask for him. He lifts heavy 4-5 days a week. He is very defined but he is thin.
Stats: 5'11", 157lbs, 29 years old
Not even sure what foods he should be eating or how much. His metabolism is very fast.
Thanks for the help!

I'm not a proficient linker here yet, but I have a post on "Clean Bulking" with slow carbs and good fats!
There is a meal plan..but designed for 180-185...so when I find it and bump it up to the top...copy it and reduce the portions by about 10-15%!
Good Luck!

One question. In meal 5 it says 6 oz potato. Is that regular potato or sweet potato.
Thanks again

In the 'old days' peanut butter was added to the diet, or even a half cup of oil. I dunno about nowdays (other than not having to be as selective with what you eat), but I'm sure others have better suggestions than a 1960s diet
