Hi all. I've been lurking here for awhile and I figured it was time to say hello.
My story: I'm 35, about 5'9", and last December my fat ass weighed 205 lbs. I'm not sure what my BF% was but I would guess around 30%. I finally got sick of looking at myself so I started hitting the gym and eating better. I found this site and discovered I was doing some things wrong regarding both diet and exercise. I've picked up a lot of good information here and now I feel (and look) better than I have in years. Today I'm 168 lbs and 15-16% BF. I've gone from a measurement of 41" around my navel to 33". Ultimately I'm going to end up around 10% BF and look completely awesome.
