I've tried it and have been using it for the past month. Seems to be pretty effective.

I take it right after my Post shake actually. The taste and texture would be too unbearable if I just dumped it right in the shake.
I don't think the taste is bad at all, but imagine drinking a scoop of cornstarch in water. That's about the right texture. Not sure if it's just placebo or what, but I honestly feel better quicker, after my workouts, and my workouts have been fantastic. |
