i want to oder some CEE from amazon, are these good brands? I have a better source if any of these are not legit.

1. axis lab CEE 240 count- 23.95
2. ALRI CR2 CEE 240 count- 19.95
3. Primaforce CEE 2000mg, 240 count- 21.57

Never heard of them, I get bulk nutritions powder. I think it's ~$35 for a kilogram which lasts ~9 months. Capsule form creatine can get expensive.

PF's is $19.99 for 240caps, 60 servings, but only 2grams per serving which is $.17/gram.

IML's is $22.99 for 240caps, 60 servings, at 3grams per serving which is $.13gram.

Posted by: nni

i think you are misunderstanding me, someone asked about the companies, so i answered, as for the products iml looks to be the better deal.

Got them today. Big time shipping. Now, according to the instructions, im supposed to take 2 CEE 30 minutes before a workout and 2 pills immediately afterwards...I usually have a whey protein shake and some brown rice (carbs) after a workou. Do I need some sort of a sugar intake with the creatine ethyl ester? What do you recommend?

Posted by: zonaguy03

sorry, i misunderstood change 2 before and 2 after to 4 before and 4 after (pills)?

Posted by: zonaguy03

I just started on the CEE today...worked great. I am taking the day off tomorrow (Memorial Day) because I will not have access to weights. Do I still take my 4 pills of creatine twice daily and spread them out over 24 hours, or do I simply not take them for days off?

You can get 100 grams for $4.49 at http://www.trueprotein.com/Product_D...id=25&pid=2369

that is the "recommended dosage" for CEE, but it's up to you really, you could try reducing the dosage a bit if you like, or if you feel that is a good amount for you stick with it!

is all CEE the same? for ex, is the CEE in Ironmag Labs the same CEE in the BSN Cell Mass?

it's all the same. The molecule is the same in all products. Price and other things added (ie. sugars) make the products different.

which is another reason why I dont go past Robert's CEE. It does what it is supposed to and I get the results at a good price.

I was not just talking about CEE, but all supplements.

(copy/paste job)

Dietary supplement manufacturers who buy ingredients verified by USP have the assurance that:

* The ingredients are consistent in quality from batch to batch.
* The ingredients meet label or certificate of analysis claims for identity, strength, purity, and quality.
* The ingredients are prepared in accordance with accepted manufacturing processes.
* The ingredients meet requirements for acceptable limits of contamination.

That makes sense, but it doesn't really explain how brands differ from each other in contest to what forum is claiming.

I'm just wondering what ingredients make buying one brand's CEE different from buying CEE from a different brand name.

basically purity and potency, not sure how else to explain it to you, again I am not just referring to CEE, this goes for ALL ingredients including creatine monohydrate and every other ingredient.

Gotcha, thanks Prince.
