Is it necessary to train hand fingers, for instance to strengthen our grips? If it is, what exercise trains this? How to do it?

Farmers walk, forearms excersizes, but there are also dedicated monster-hand grips you can get which work out the forearms/grip.

I do 2-3 sets per side of forearm, other than that I leave it up to regular excersizes to work the grip.

Could you please describe "farmers walk"? Thanks.

Grab a pair of heavy dumbbells and walk. If there is a track at your gym use that and go as far as you can. Make sure to keep your arms loose and just let the weights hang down at your sides. Go until you have to drop the weights.

Just like a farmer carrying bales of hay, grab 2 very heavy (for you) dumbells, and walk carefully from one side of a room to the other, until fatigue (don't drop the weights though, or drop them in a way that wont get you kicked out of the gym).
