Ok am new here and i got a question or two haha. So i have a set schedule for working out (its what i was given from my coach) i was wondering though if it is good or bad to do 100 pushups on the days i do upper body or chest. Should i rest or keep goin for strength and stamina?
P.S. i usually do the pushups 2 hours after my work out when iam about to go to bed. This did just start out as a anger thing for when i was pissed off haha but now its turned into an every day routine.
