Only if you keep growing till you pop. There are some creams to help prevent them.

Good thing I'm so hairy you can't see them.
Wait, is that a good thing?

You can't really get rid of them, they will fade with time but once they come you got em forever. As mentioned above there are creams that promise to help them fade or prevent them, but they don't really work for everyone.

Aloe Vera tightens your skin.
I had stretch marks once-upon-a-time and i applied aloe vera daily.
they are practically non existent now

I have some that are crazy like the ones that go from the inside of my bicep all the way up and around the side of my chest... when i was in high school my mesomorph nature was quickly recognized as I put on about 30lbs of muscle in a year... and my skin paid the price.
They have faded to be the same color as the rest of my skin, but in every sense, they are scars. I also tan which makes them even less visible.

Are you gaining too much fat with the muscle?

they would have faded with or without the aloe vera.
I have alot of stretch marks where my anterior delt/pectoralis meet on my left side, but none whatsoever on my right. If anything my right side is larger too.
