You are looking yourself girl. Trey and I have never done butt taps. My leg workout on Wednesday was TOUGH. I haven't seem my legs shake like they were in a VERY LONG TIME. The hard exercise that day was squating with the ball against the wall and holding the position for almost 2 minutes! Try that one sometime too.
I may have to ask Billy about the 'wall sits', I remember those from sculpting class at Crunch. I still want us to work out together some time, you know!
