Well i started my weight loss in january. i was 5'10, 240 then and im 5'10 (nope, no growth spurt lol) 210 now. I have really slowed down in the weight loss, and i have just abit more fat to go (10-15) before im genuinely lean, and man would that feel good considering ive been fat all my life. I was wondering a few things:

A) is it ok to take a fat burner of any sort at 18? i dont wanna mess around with my metabolism or do anything that could cause problems to my growth/development.

B) wich fat burner would be best? That herbal burn thing sounds good, but i dont trust the reviews in the stickies at all, and it seems to be in sync. (I lvoed this, I DEFINITELY recomend this, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND! . click HERE to purchase this product....gimme a break) I dont want to have anything loaded with caffiene or something that prodcues messed up side effects.

C) can green tea act as a fat burner? i drink 1-2 cups a day, but i could easilly up it to 3-4 as i have heard it boost metabolsim (id feel better about taking natural green tea than popping pills.)

Anyone who has any advice/recomendations or who has been in the same boat please give me any input. Thanks guys.

Clenbuterol works, but will give sides.

You should only eat non processed foods. That means food from mainly the produce and meat departments. Stay away from the stuff in the middle of the store you shop. Say no to drugs. Tea from the middle of the store is fine, so are vitamins and whole grains. No canned food, junk food or frozen and limit the dairy, IMHO.

what? 18 and steroids? crazy. i think the first thing we need to look at is your diet. that is where the fat is lost, not the diet pills. they are there to help you when your energy gets low from dieting. but say you already have this covered. i personaly like Lipo-6. it has caffein but not a whole lot. if your worried about too much stimulants then maybe a different routine should be done. for that case i say go with SesaMax. its a great stimulant free fat burner to go along with a solid diet. good job so far man and good luck!

Thanks guys for the tips... My diet is in check and im not gaining weight. i guess ill just have to up the ante sotospeak. I hope u just made a quick mistake about the canned food, because i eat tuna about 3 times a week.

Anyways,I might give lipo-6 a try. Id rather have a caffeine stimulant than a fat blocker or some wierd shit. ill go harder on the cardio too. Man it feels so cool wearing medium instead of large

i have a buddy i have been training with for 4 months. he wore a XXL for most of his college life. after we trained for that time he could wear a L and went up in weights considerably. so i know what you mean by that. for some people it just takes a kick in the seat

Canned tuna is great. Certain canned foods are fine, even canned chicken is available and a good option if you cant access fresh or perishable chicken

keep your diet in check and keep hitting the weights, you'll get there if you stay focused.

if interested, we offer Leviathan, which helps to boost test/cut fat/maintain strength.... it is a low caffeine thermogenic. it rarely causes jitters or a crash, unlike other stims. it does have yohimbine hcl in it for primary thermogenic function.
free sample is avail at leviathan by Palo Alto Labs

stay away from chicken as it is high in carbs and puts on a heap of weight i should know as i was a size 10 after my 4th baby and then after eating chicken amoung other healthy foods i gained 30 kgs with in 5 mths which is alot for someone of my size.Pasta and bread aint good for u either and nor is potatoes.Dont eat too many bannanas as it is high in potasium.u could try just eating fresh vegies and red meats and not processed foods or fast foods as high in fat and carbs and so on.make sure u excercise whilst u r dieting or changing ya food plan as if u dont some food smay make put on weight as u aint excercising thoe muscles and burning it off.Good luck with it all

Please tell me you are not serious??????????

Chicken has ZERO Carbs... chicken and fish are your two best sources of protein, red meats are good, but higher in fat

fresh veggies are ideal as well

Bannanas, while high in sugar, do contain potasium, but since when is this a bad thing? try removing all of the potasium from your diet, and call me when you wake up one morning paralyzed.

Alex, no offense, but please do some research before committing to facts.

My bad with can food thing. Tuna is a good example of a good canned food. : ) It's also one you can stock up on. My problem is that sometimes I just think "there is nothing good at home and I don't feel like shopping"....... you know the rest. Frozen I took to far as well. There are some good single ingredient frozen foods like chicken that are good to always have on hand. Again, nothing to eat idea equals.... eating out sometimes. Shouldn't take that to far as well as there are good places to eat.

Bottom line in my mind is cutting out processed foods is the simplest diet to drop fat short of counting every calorie or trying to stick to demanding plans that leave you feeling like you are running on empty all the time. You can't write a best seller with this simple diet but you will look and feel better.

: )
