First of all, is this ok to do? They are both Whey Protein Shakes. And second will this make me lean. <FONT COLOR="blue">There are other variable to consider to get lean. The main thing is how many calories you're consuming each day.</FONT c> I don't want to gain weight because i'm already a big guy with a large build.
