My breakfast - opinions needed

Hi,

What do you people think of the following breakfast?

On Saturday and Sunday I had the following breakfast:
Quote:
- Three scrambled eggs (with the yolks)
- Two pieces of whole wheat bread (very little butter)
- 15 baby carrots
- Ketchup
- 1 cup of apple juice
1. Is this a legitimate breakfast? What’s wrong with it? I need criticism.

2. Is it bad to eat this breakfast too many days in a row?

3. If I’m eating a breakfast this BIG then should I cut down on my other meals for the day? (I’m keeping lean).

Any other comments are welcome.

I think it's a good breakfast. I eat the same breakfast almost every morning. You want to eat several small meals through out the day. Don't eat one big meal, and then reduce the size of others to compensate. Try and spread out the calories evenly.

i had 2 cups of coffe and a bowl of frosted flakes, i though i was gona die when i was doing sprints..

usually i eat better tho
omlett or cereal
orange juice or milk
protein shake
