Whats up with this suppliment? Anytime I take it, I get the worse case of hersheys butt and it lasts for hrs.

what do you take it with?
you should be taking it with meals, preferably meals high in protein.

I always take it with protein and fishoils

then all I can suggest is either stop using CLA, take a smaller dose, or take it separate from the fishoils.
