too much protein at a time?

i usually eat about 100 g of protein daily i kno i should eat more so yesterday i made a shake that was 100g and i drank it in like 1 minute.. is this too much protein for one peroid at a time?

If your body can't use that protien it will be either converted to fat or wasted!.....Depending on your bodyweight and your goals try to get an balance of quality protien and carbs and fat at each of your 6 meals throughout the day instead of trying to take in all in at once.....It sounds simple but depending on your schedule I know it's not the easiest thing to do.....Proper planning is a must to maintain a good diet! 100gram of protein in one serving is way too much. How much protein should you take? It all depends on how much you weigh. I weigh 180lbs, so I take about 250grams of protein a day. 1lbs per 1gram or 1.5gram of protein is ideal. There's no way I could consume that much protein in food, so I use protein bars and shake. I prefer shakes over bars because it's cheaper and I mix it up with skim milk which gives me more protein.
Like Mac said, Planning is everything. After that, just sit back and eat every 2-3 hrs and get big.
