i would shit the bed.

I don't know about any studies but I don't eat within at least 2hrs of going to bed. My thinking is that digesting food takes lots of work. I want my body to repair not work on digestion. I'd like to be told I was wrong. That being said I eat huge before the two hour mark. I feel good about it. Comments?

if you have no screws to repair the table with.....how will the table ever get fixed?

That's a lot of raisins for pre-bed.

And like P said, I'd wake up in the middle of the night with a log in my undies.

Seriously, I eat that much sometimes before bed, but it just makes me fill hungrier in the morning, but when I get to work, everyday at about 9:00am I have to shit out a Los Angeles class submarine.

Ok what do you guy suggest is the casein ok, or should I eat cottage cheese? I've always been confused about that 'no carbs after 6pm' thing.

Posted by: sensamilia

the no carbs before (x) hour is bs, who came up with that ne ways? Carbs before u go to bed are ok aslong as its some slow digesting ones like milk, so cottage cheese and some milk with fats and other slow burning carbs wud b best.

What are you talking about?

Posted by: shotgunV

lol, seriously you must know when fats/proteins magically become carbs?

i've heard eating a little fibre and maybe some whole meal, proper un-refined carbs can help you sleep better at night...not sure if thats true

Posted by: Hoglander

Today

4pm one whole pizza(1400cal) plus 5 beers(?cals)

6:30pm Mongolian Beef with to big scoops of steamed rice(? cals) plus 2 Cokes(? cals) plus multi vitamin

Water at about 8pm

I'll go to bed around 10pm

I eat protein and small carbs when I wake up at 6am, then at 9am and 1pm
Toss in water from drinking fountains and faucets.. even bathroom(builds immunity) all day long

^ Are u kidding? because...

Glue.

Sorry:

2 caramel filled ice cream drumsticks 360cal each at 8:45

I'd cut the raisins and sub oats in.

Id cut all the carbs out where applicable. If its calories you want, wouldnt you just up the cheese or even the milk? (upping the milk would add some carbs..)

I am not against carbs. I am not against the raisens either, although they are very very calorically dense and one serving is a 1/4c. I put raisens on my salad though from time to time.

I just said I would crap the bed because of the raisens/bran flake combo. That would pretty much send me to the toilet.
