who do you think will win? its kinda like USA vs UK again but now with the best of both. i personaly like mayweather better but hatton is more fun to watch . i think mayweather will win but hatton will do really well. what do you think

Mayweather should win easy. Shit I think Malignaggi would handle Hatton. Both are quicker and better boxers than Ricky Hatton. That hit and hug shit won't work on Mayweather or any great counter puncher. Hatton can hit though I'll give him that. I personally wanted to see Mayweather and Cotto go at it but this is a good matchup too. A lot of American fans hate on Hatton, but he is a good fighter. I just think Mayweather is flawless and can't be beaten at this stage. Let's see if this matchup will be made. I have a feeling Mayweather will price himself out. And there are rumors Hatton is switching to Frank Warren as his promoter who is notorious for also pricing his fighters out/picking weak opponents. Should be interesting none the less.

Mayweather: "I've never wanted to hurt my opponent as much as I want to hurt Hatton."

Yeah I was really hoping for Mayweather vs. Cotto but Hatton will do.

Hatton's camp has reportedly offered Mayweather $10 Million for a fight in the UK.

Repro: I agree Cotto-Mayweather would be a much more exciting fight. Cotto in his prime and a true action presser. Would be interesting to see if Cotto could penetrate Mayweather's defense, if Mayweather could take some shots and to see whether or not Mayweather would take advantage of Cotto's pretty sloppy defense and go on the offensive.

Either way Mayweather goes, it will get a lot of hype. I guess it would be kind of cool to see the best of the UK vs. the best of the USA. I have a feeling Mayweather will beat Hatton and then go for that Cotto fight. Possibly even De La Hoya II. No way fights with this much potential money will keep Mayweather in retirement.

Hatton is getting ready to fight an offensive fight, Hatton is going to mash the gas on mayweather. If Hatton get inside mayweather the fight can go to hatton's favor. but if hatton can't get in his chest, Mayweather's speed will take total advantage of him. Mayweather is not going to knock Hatton out, He will try to take Hatton in deep waters and try to wear him out. But if Mayweather cannot handle the Punching Power of Hatton, if hatton gets in and punish him with damaging body blows , we might have a new champion. But I think if the fight go to all the way mayweather might get the favor. In order for Hatton to win in the US, PLus in Las Vegas He has to knock mayweather out or punish him so bad like Larry Holmes did Ali. If the fight be a close one Mayweather will get the favor........................................
