Peanut butter is very high in calories and it's eaten for the fat, not the protein.
Bananas is a fruit with about 100 calories. They should be used as a carb source. I'd suggest you both read the stickies. |

Maybe im wrong but then again if your so sure go to the store grab several different brands of peanut butter and read the labels my idea of high calories might be different from yours by the way you need 1 tablespoon just to make a serving
