I was in a health and fitness store the other day looking for a thermo-upgrade on my current upgraded regime and the guy in the store recommended 7 - keto to me as something a little more aggressive akin to 'clen bueterol' whether in efficay or composition I'm not exactly clear on at this moment but to kick me up a notch.
I've never used it before ever and I 've never heard of it, and even though I can and am right this moment reading up on google about it, I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this stuff to what results and if anyone has a good brief clinical explaination of what it is and how it works...

It's a hormones that is similar to DHEA in every way. The full name o fit is 7-keto DHEA. It's a good mild fat loss supplement and mood enhancer. The good thing about the 7-keto form of DHEA is that you don't get the estrogen increase that DHEA can cause.

The article I'm reading is saying that it's bio-availabilty is reduced with caffine intake but nothing really very specific.. and I love my sweet black am and 3 pm coffees !!..?? .. Without having to think to much right this minute being I reeally don't have time .. do you know anything about that yourself???
I feel like a bit of a noob about it so Thanks btw . I'm probably going to just go with it but i appreciate your help on it anyway.

What iis that? I was talking to someone else who recommended powerzone 7-keto and lipo-fusion combo .. i'm not really i haave that much fat to loose, but unless i hear something else that sways me, that's what i'm doing.
