Creatine blotchy face?

I took creatine yesterday, didn't drink much water and today my face is blotchy with red spots all over (not pimples) could this be attributed to the creatine?

Hum.....I have never heard of it, but maybe you are a bit dehydrated.

did you do or take anything else differently yesterday?
I would say discontinue use and see if it goes away.

Maybe you took something that had Vitamin B3(niacin) in it?
