Multiply your weight by 20 and eat that in calories.

150x20=3000

O, I thought you wanted to gain size. Yes you will gain strength.

i was thinking about gaining a little mass. i can go up to 180 max walking weight so i can drop that 10 pds again before a fight.

I don't eat much but eat several small meals a day, I don't gain size or weight but can I get faster at running?

Dude, training produces results if you train properly.

its allot more complex tan that..

BMR = 370 + (21.6 X lean mass in kg)
You can then multiply your BMR by the Activity Multiplier in order to figure out your caloric maintenance level. So if ur moderately actve 3-5 times a week you multiply by 1.55
You should then add 300-500 calories to that number in order to figure out your daily caloric intake for muscle growth.

what if i only want to get a little bigger?

Then adjust your calories up little by little 'till you start making gains. When you're satisfied with your gains lower your cals back down little by little.... it's a simple concept.
