I don't know
![]() what else are you eating? 2 chicken breasts/ 1 chicken breast, 1 steak/ 1 chicken breast, 1 piece of fish(you get the idea) 1/2 a cup of brown rice and a baked potato or 1 cup of brown rice, veggies& salad, fruit, 2 protein shakes a day(one whey, one casein) three on training days(two whey, one casein) 1-2 bowls of oats/bran flakes per day, thinking of adding wholemeal/granary bread for carbs what are your overall goals? Putting on as much bulk as possible while keeping my bodyfat as low as possible/healthy how much protein do you aim for in each meal?between 20g & 30g how much protein do you aim for on a daily basis?180g how much fat do you aim for in each meal? on a daily basis? Dont know about each meal but I want my healthy fat intake to me about 10/15% of my total calories each day |

I worked it out as about 24 as each egg has 8g of protein, and I thought the yolk had four and so did the white. Do you suggest another whole egg or egg white?

I read in BigDyls profile about certain eggs having omega 3 fats and all...so does that make them not as bad? EggLands Best has that shit, but I still cooked them as if they were just regular eggs.

I don't understand your question....."does that make them not as bad?"
what are you asking? If because they have omega 3's they are bad? |
|
do you eat for breakfast?
I was thinking along the lines of two whole and two white, which according to the egg carton makes it around 24gs of protein. I also have branflakes/oats w semi skimmed milk. 2 tsp peanut butter |

In Big's journal, I think its Jodi who asks if the eggs he was using were the ones with the Omega-3s. He said they were and that made me wonder what the difference was...
So the Eggland's Best eggs' fats are better cuz theyve got some omega-3s in them? In other words.. Just for health sakes and not calorie counts... Eggs containing Omega 3 > Regular ol' eggs? I mean, is it really a big deal? This sort of shit reminds me of that thread about drinking water after eating. Just sounds like paranoia to me. |

There actually is a taste difference. I think they taste better and fresh. When I was a kid my best friend lived on a farm and we use to get chicken eggs from her mom everyday. They were the best tasting eggs ever! Egglands best eggs remind of those fresh eggs from the farm, not as good as the farm eggs but close enough.

One large egg carries 17 calories. I'd imagine, given that figure, it would range between 15-20 calories per egg because -well at least for me- sometimes I won't get the entire yolk out or sometimes I'll dump some of the whites out with the yolk.
