A friend of mine is convinced that these are a fine option to eat simply because they are potatoes. Keep in mind he added a half stick of butter.

Any advice on how to convince this fucktard that he's dumb?

They are fake potatoes. There is nothing healthy about them. Not to mention absolutely disgusting

That is all. Thanks, sweet thang.

Drinking again?

Look at the ingredients part of the nutritional facts label with him.

A co-worker of mine is convinced Lunchables are healthy. I don't like to try to convince people like this otherwise; it's usually an uphill battle.

Just kick all his teeth out with a steel toed boot. Then all will be ok.

Not tonight. Long story from the fourth that I don't really want to get into. I'm just being goofy.

Ok!

I am haha! Actually I bought a bottle of red wine and said to myself......self, a glass every few days for resveratrol and catechin is good. Yeah, that was 3 glasses ago. And i have to go swim in 10 hours. Good thing I have a high tolerance.

Did the same thing pretty much. Bought a bottle of wine and was going to have a glass every couple of days. Opened the wine up and had one glass. 3/4 of the bottle later, I had the best goddamn sleep I had the entire week

Like a guy I used to work with at my previous job thought 16oz steak with small potatoes with the skins on was healthy, but he only ate something like twice a day as he refused to eat in the evening sayin that unless I started to look like Arnie i could STFU

Have him eat them everyday for each meal for a month. See how he feels and looks after that!

Dude, you are really confusing me.

Steak and small potatoes = healthy
Grilled Chicken and salad = healthy

What's the deal? Why don't you find these meals healthy?

I am also a bit confused. I think you may have typed that wrong.

I think that he's having problems getting his point across. Maybe he's referring to large portions? Or something like that.
