This is what I have my boyfriend do:
The night before he blends 2 shakes worth in the blender. 1 for pre workout and one for post workout. 3 Scoops Whey 2 T. PB 1 C. Yogurt 1 C. Oats 1 lg. Banana He divides it into 2 bottles and drinks one when he wakes up and take the other with him for post workout. |
