I'm completely joking. It's going to be tough as hell to lose 10 pounds in only a few days. You'd have to dehydrate yourself, starve yourself, etc. You'd probably be better off eating healthy, drinking lots of fluids, and preparing yourself to wrestle in the higher weight class. |

made 160 last year but coach wouldnt let me wrestle it and had to wrestle 171/189 witch sucked balls i want to make 171 because i know that most of the kids in my area at 171 are no even close to being as strong as i am. and after we weigh in on wed we will have an hour or so to get rehydrated and eat something before we have to wrestle anyone

you energy is going to suck ass if you are dehydrating yourself.
why didn't you think about this before? you need to lose the weight in a healthy manner. |
