hey everyone, i'm a 15 year old teen (boy) who has finally realized that excerise and a healthy diet was important afterall...
i'm 6'2" and 220 lbs... i also consist of 28% body fat... i'm going to start weight training and cardio in order to lose weight. another one of my goals is to be able to jump higher... i play basketball and my vertical jump is around 8". i can touch the net without jumping and the backboard with little effort. i can barely touch rim and i wish to dunk soon. i came here to seek help from you guys and pick up a few pointers and dieting tips... i will update my progress as often as possible and keep u posted on how i'm doing... thank you all for your support and i hope to hear form u soon... |
