i already have my cycle planned good to go on that my only question is if i was previously taking createne and no2 should i stop or is it okay to continue my cycle while still talking these?

I take Creatine & Glutamine both.. don't know about the no2... I would think you are wasting your money with that one.

It is fine to take them, but you may feel that you are getting painful pumps during your workouts as the gear really kicks in. I recommend not using any pump type supplements at that phase of your cycle.
