Here is the cycle I am thinking about doing. Just wanted your input:

Week 1: 2 pills (100mg each) of 4-AD per day

Week 2: 2 pills (100mg each) of 4-AD per day
3 pills (100mg each) of 1-AD per day

Week 3: 2 pills (100mg each) of 4-AD per day
3 pills (100mg each) of 1-AD per day

Week 4: 2 pills (100mg each) of 4-AD per day
3 pills (100mg each) of 1-AD per day

Week 5-8: 6-OXO & Nolva

Stats: 25 years old - 5'11 - 153lbs - 7-8% body fat - been lifting and training mixed martial arts consistanly for about 3 years.

I didn't find oral 4-ad to do anything more than upset my gut. I think your cycle is too short. I found 1-ad to be best for 6-8 week runs.

I'm not gonna be the guy to bitch at you and say you "better not do it".. but you may wanna consider that this cycle may just be a quick route to frustration. If you are almost 6 feet tall and under 160... somethin is not right. You may have been lifting consistently for 10 years, but if you are that size, you haven't eaten enough consistently for enough years. I'm not gonna say you haven't lifted long enough, but I will say you haven't eaten enough long enough. I would strongly recommend learning to eat enough until you put on a lot more weight, then hit the juice, but since you won't listen most likely, at LEAST do this... work with your diet naturally until you at least start to put on weight on a weekly basis, even if you only do it for one month, then start the cycle and keep eating like THAT. If you juice without eating enough, you STILL WON'T GROW. At least so you don't waste money on the juice... spend a few weeks getting your cals up until you start gaining naturally, then hit the juice.

Is that too unreasonable?

I've got a pretty solid diet going right now, but recently I have not been focusing towards getting huge right now. I'm extremely cut. I did a cycle of
M1T about 2 years ago and put on 10lbs total after post cycle. I ate like a monster. But over the last few years lost it due to the insane about of cardio I have been doing. I probably just need to figure out some goals for myself first.

My main problem with gaining weight is I do so much cardio that its hard for me to gain weight.

ps. and don't say I won't listen. I wouldn't have posted here if I didn't want honest advise. thanks for the advise.

Sorry for assuming you wouldn't listen.. just gotta understand I see a ton of people wanting to jump on steroids for whatever reason. I don't judge that, that's cool with me. Still, lots of people come asking for advice, supposedly, but still only hear what they want to hear.

the answer for you is to count calories. im sure your diet is good, but you dont need good, you need calories. eating will be a chore simply because you do so much cardio. hell an hour of mma training can burn 800-1000 calories right there. and being so lean your metabolism is through the roof. he is correct though. pro-hormones are not the answer just yet. eat 5 to 6 meals of 600-800 calories per day. try and get a fairly even split of carbs, protiens and fats. you should be eating even when your not hungry. try this for 2 weeks. and do it consistently. count and measure everything. you will gain weight without the drugs. then start the cycle.

im sure right now you think you eat like a horse, and you probably do, but if you really counted your calories you would realise you have high calorie days but they are not the norm or consistent enough for you to see growth
