Last week I somebody (I think SusieQ) wrote about Grain pancakes or something.
Do I have it right – Grain pancakes?
Are Grain pancakes good for you? Not compared to normal pancakes (which aren’t good for you) – compared to everyday healthy eating.
If anyone has any info. on this please let me know, I’m very interested.
Thanks

Foodio,
Try my pancake and waffle idea, it's posted under the "bannana for snack" posts.
You can buy multigrain organic pancake mix, it is made from whole wheat ground flour, better than regular mix.

How much better is multigrain organic pancake mix compared to the normal pancake mix?
Is multigrain organic pancake mix still not that great for you?
Thanks,

Foodio,
Try the protein pancake
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
cinnamon to taste
2-6 packets of sweetner(depends on how sweet you like them)
6 egg whites
1/2tsp. vanilla
I have a really good non-stick pan. and I usually use the sugar free syrup 10 cals/ 1/4 c.
They are a great treat!

Hey karategirl,
I tried your pancake minus the extras (cinnamon, sweetner, sugar-free syrup).
It wasn’t too bad.
