I have never had this problem.
It could just be higher nuerological activation or a larger endorphin rush that is keeping you awake and alert. |

That's what I was thinking, but need to find a safe way to come back down. It's cool in that it means I got a good workout, but the lack of sleep sure doesn't help promote growth.

do you do a cool down after your workout, or do you just head home, eat and then try to sleep?

Luckily, I'm already at home. I've got a pretty complete set-up in a spare bedroom.
No cool down. Post workout shake then T.V., maybe some reading, my last meal of the day then bed. |

maybe you should try doing a cooldown and some stretching to help relax the nervous system.
