i have good front shoulders but i dont have any back shouders.... any good exercise for building good shoulders?sorry for any spelling mistakes im french....thanks!!

Try some bent lateral raises or face pulls.

Most pulls help with size in that rear delt region. DB rows, Bent over rows, Cable Rows, Deadlift variants, etc....
As Phred said Bent over Laterals also are helpful.
