Finding time to squeeze 5 and 6 meals a day is tough on a consistant basis. Given the same diet and calorie count, will going from 5 meals to 4 meals a do any harm?

Man 4 meals would be great, right now I'm having like 7-8

How the hell do you get in 7-8 meals a day? I barely make 6, and I feel like I never stop eating, how do you do it?

i get in 7-8 as well, but i start at 6 am cuz of work and finish up around 10, eating about every 2-2 1/2 hours. about 500-700 clean cals per meal. not too awfully hard to do, just stay consistent. i suppose im lucky in that i can bring meals to work and scarf em down in my ten minute break every 2-3 hours too. i kno work makes it REAL tough for most ppl to get in their meals. But, if thats the case take down a shake or a couple of protein bars real quik. Getting in meals is tough, but DOABLE.

I get six in without too much effort. Starts at 7am and last one around 9-10pm.

The first two meals wouldn't be such an issue I don't think, but they would have to be larger and the last meal would be hard to process that late in the day. At least thats my thinking on it.

I'm cutting as of late, and I've noticed I have gotten to 5 meals (from 6-7) a day since I've been so busy with basketball and moving and such. Seen great results, feel good and kept within the limits of my cutting diet. A negative though, I haven't been able to work my lifts in (which isn't really bothering me). I am getting plenty of cardio in with basketball though each day, and it's really working well with loosing body fat. Something to think about.

LOL probally alot less then most actually...Just because I have alot of meals doesn't mean I'm eating alot of food...

2-3 of those 8 are shakes (whey or casien with oats)...most carbs are oats, protein is chicken, tuna, or cottage cheese, and fats are pb, almonds, evoo, and walnuts...Not too expensive at all

Oh, the way you stated I thought you meant what kind of job do I have that I have so much money to buy all the food, which is pretty much what you said.

Right now I'm just a full time student, and working part time at my gym as a trainer
