i lean back when i shoulder press is this bad?
When squatting i have a sharp pain right on my waist line. what is this?
my boxing coach(great boxing coach, shit weight lifting coach) told me i was going to low on squats. is this possible?

does your form go bad when you go too low? If so, go only as low as you can with good form.

No you should not lean back when you shoulder press, don't arch your back, it puts to much stress on your spine.

no my form isnt bad idk whats with the pain. and alright i wontn lean back.

Less weight with better form 'til you get your squats dead on. When you are comfortable with your form add a few plates. But for the moment take a few off and get your atg squats correct. More reps with less weight until you get your body used to doing squats is normal danny. I've seen several people who didn't do squats start out that same way.

You might even wanna start out with no weight at all. Read P's blog (in his sig) about squatting for beginners.
