No LEG DAY!!!?

Ok, I broke my finger so i kind of did BS training for the last 2 , 3 weeks or so...
So i want either a 5 or 4 day split, but i was thinking more like a 4 day split like this
mon: chest
tues: back
wed: off
thurs: shoulders
fri: arms
but i'll add a leg exercise to EACH day, something like that?

Do your arm work on back + chest days and have two leg days (quads + hams) - otherwise known as an "Upper/Lower" split.

Don't sweat it. I don't have a leg day. But then again I run 16 miles and do HIIT during the week.
Leg day interferes with that big time. Horses for courses - depends on your goal.

Squats, hams and calves on arm day. I really don't see the point of a shoulder day but it must be important to you. Maybe throw some ab work on shoulder day and/or dead lifts???????????????????
