Two-aday Diet plan.

So, I made a "Two-aday" thread in the fitness forums and this is about diet, as you can see its in the Diet&Nutrition section, but I am pretty worried about how and what to eat for two-adays and potentially a 45-minute weight training on a 3 day routine. The Two-adays will be 3 weeks long and I am totally confused about how to eat for enough energy for an 8 am practice, 45 minute weight training, then a 6pm practice. Please if you have any advice I need it.

make sure and

a) stay hydrated

and

b) get adequate carbohydrates to facilitate the high amount of energy expenditure. Replenish fluids and glycogen post workout (don't wait to do it) to help jujmp start recovery. Two a days are brutal.

again, drop to a 2-day a week total body lifting program with very very low volume.

Thanks again, bro. And yea, I'm *always* sure to be well hydrated, usually drink about 2 and 1/2 gallons of water a day.

I prefer a 3 day weight week 'cause I like to seperate legs from my push and pull. Anyway...

Don't forget to replenish them electrolytes along with your protein and carbs post workout if you're doing a lot of cardio.

So, I've kinda worked out what I will be eating on my Two-adays, here is a schedule any advice on this would rock....

7:00- 1cup of Oatmeal & a banana
8:00-10:00 First Practice
10:10- Isopure Protein shake with banana & 16oz Gatorade
12:30- Chicken breast w/ rice & vegetables
2:30- Chicken Breast w/fruit
4:00- chicken breast
5:30- No-xplode
6:00-8:00 Second Practice
8:30- Cell mass w/ gatorade
8:50- Whole wheat turkey sandwich
