i cant say enough about warming up your rorator cuff before lifting.its real easy to tear these things.
i never said i was any smarter than anyone but i tore mine in 3 places and partially off the bone because i didnt warm up the damn thing before heavy pressing.
its a real critical area to warm up and pretty easy to do by a simple arm rotation both ways.
a lot of clicking and shoulder pain will just disapear if you warm it up first.

hey i guess we both agree with each other.
iguess i never really treated corresponding by email as it should be.
i always seem to type in a bunch of stuff real quick without puncuation,and at the end hope i got my point across.
