I’m a firm believer that a lot of people get hungry too often, not because they’re hungry, but because they’re on an eating plan. Their mind/body constantly reminds/challenges/tempts them more often with food, even though he/she might not normally desire food if he/she weren’t on an eating plan. Foodio |
