Hey guys. I've been surfing through internet looking for weightlifting tips and stumbled upon this forum, which seems to be a good source of the information that I seek. I've been working out through grade 11, didn't work out during summer, then worked out during the first semester of grade 12, and then came finals, college, etc., so I've stopped working out not being able to manage my time well. As of now, I'm planning on getting back to working out (after not working out for over a year) fairly soon, so it's good news that I've managed to find the forum where people seem to be well-informed on the subject of weightlifting.
One more thing: I would like you guys to evaluate my genetic potential regarding 1RM for bench press based on the stats that I provide. Am I allowed to do it here or should I open a separate thread on another forum?
