When does everybody workout so that they can ensure themselves proper pre and postworkout nutrition and the best overall gains? I have been working out around 5pm at the gym, but its so darn busy and with the new program I'm going to be doing (Home Grown Muscle) I do a circuit with four diff excercises, so it will be hard to go between the bench, then the squat rack, then the cable row, etc and not have somebody take one of them while I am rotating.

If I wanted to go later at night to avoid the crowds, say 9pm or so, how would I structure my dinner/pre/post workout, etc.

If I just bite the bullet and go in the AM, how would you manage things if you basically roll out of bed and are in the gym a minute later, and are at work an hour after you are down with the gym thereby making it much harder for a post workout meal?

I workout in the morning. I just take my PWO shake with me. No big deal.
