If I can find some nolva what would be the proper amount to take after taking 1 cycle of m1t (1 10mg pill a day for 21 days)?

My recommendations are to start the day after your last M1T dose and do
Weeks
1-2: 60mg/day Tamoxifen Citrate
3-4: 30mg/day Tamoxifen Citrate
