Well, I found out I could do wrist curls all the way down to the tip of digits and back up to a curl with 135 for 15. Before that I would use lighter weight for 20. Now I know what a valor ganglion cyst is. And just when my rib was getting better. Live and learn... live and learn. You can hardly notice it and it doesn't hurt. I think I'll drop the weight on that one.
