they seemed interesting, they seemed like a decent investment, they seemed..different? so i ordered a pair of 10lb kettle weights just to touch up my home gym a tad bit. trying to buy all the little stuff i can since im in the middle of making an extra room of mine into a lil workout room.
anyone got some comments, tips, suggestions, good links on stuff to kettle weights? like some stuff on the type of exercises i could do with them would be greatly appreciated :] im in the middle of doing my own research on them but still would like to hear somethin from you guys
