Just try to eat some slow digesting proteins and fats before you go to sleep such as casein protein and red meat. Casein is found best in things like cottage cheese and casein powder, though personally I prefer something solid as my last meal of the day, so I usually do about 1/4lb steak and natty pb or pecans/walnuts.

If I get up to pee. I keep my eyes closed and feel my way to the washroom. And get back to the comfort of my bed ASAP. Ah Cozy bed. |

Ok so to add to this very hypothetical thread, and to change pass, thoughts on wild game in ones diet (Doves, ducks, geese, deer, and ext.). I know venison is rather lean. Does anyone use these types of meat with any regularity?

Never heard of eating Doves.
But wild game if you got it. Giddy up and eat it. Fat isn't the Devil, and the Fat profile in most wild meats are very good. ie EFA's |
