Southwestern turkey burgers

These are one of my favorites
make up 2 burger patties using extra lean ground turkey, use a little mustard, an egg white, and whatever seasonings you like, I use crushed red pepper, some cayenne pepper.
Cook them up on the grill, right before you take them off, top with fat free shredded cheddar, or fat free cheese slice.
I put them on 100% whole wheat burger rolls, sometimes those are hard to find, then I use lite wheat rolls.
For garnishes I use, chopped red onion, hot salsa, the kind that comes in a plastic tub in the refrigerated section, very low in carbs, no added sugars or junk. Jalapeno relish, lettuce, and pickles.
These are very good if you like southwestern/mexican style. And they're high in protein (I make the burgers pretty big), low in fat, and mod. carbs, just because of the rolls.

Baumer, sounds pretty good! After seeing your pics, I'd have to say those turkey burgers are the real deal.
