Besides during/post workout whens the best time to take the most protein? The next morning on an offday? Right before bed the day of? Before the workout?

I consume the same amount of protein at each meal. I don't understand most. Why do you need more?

Didnt know if the morning after or evening of you require more then normal protein for repairs. Figured taking a bunch of protein on offdays probably wasn't all that helpful

Consider that your body is repairing/growing when you are not working out. So even on your rest days you should be consuming sufficient protein to repair/grow. How much that is depends on your goals, weight, WO program, etc.

I try to get some kind of protein throughout the day. It's the first thing I eat and the last thing I eat. I have it at every meal, and if I don't have any solid food I will have a shake.
